The e-Grad School (Australia) (eGSA) is a virtual graduate school operating in Australia and internationally. eGSA provides postgraduate students, their supervisors and universities with online access to resources and activities relevant to their needs.
Focusing on the development of career-enhancing skills and knowledge, it brings together a wide range of online-accessible activities and resources that are specifically designed for postgraduate students‚ whatever their home university or location.
eGSA coordinates the offering of postgraduate award level qualifications in research commercialisation, research management and other university career paths, with the Graduate Certificate in Research Commercialisation commenced in Semester 1, 2007.
eGSA is offered jointly by the Australian Technology Network of Universities: Curtin University of Technology, Queensland University of Technology, RMIT University, University of South Australia, University of Technology Sydney. Its pilot (2005-7) was funded by the Australian Government's Department of Education, Science and Training through its Collaboration and Structural Reform Fund.
