Only a select group of university students reach postgraduate level, and an even smaller number have a research qualification. Maximising your career strategies is about developing the skills and methods necessary to presenting yourself and your achievements -  not just now but throughout your future professional life.  

These online modules  

• help postgraduate research students to be job ready on completion of their degrees  
• empower graduates with the skills and knowledge that they can use for the rest of their professional lives   

Modules in the series cover topics designed to maximise career opportunities including:

• Self assessment - understanding yourself - strengths/weaknesses/skills to use and develop
• The world of work - matching it up with what suits you and your needs
• Search Strategies - finding the right job and landing it

The modules are created by an experienced team led by Australia's first careers advisor dedicated solely to the needs of postgraduate research students for career planning and preparation appropriate to them.
