eGSA governance is addressed by the eGSA Board, with its members participating in the planning and operation of eGSA activities. The Board is responsible for overall curriculum design and quality assurance. In addition, each eGSA Board member manages specific eGSA projects.
Each Board member is the Dean of Graduate Studies at an Australian Technology Network university.
