What is eGSA?This is the print-friendly version of the following page: eGSA and how it grewEight years ago, the universities in the Australian Technology Network set about building online resources that would increase the development of their graduate students' employment possibilities - the Learning Employment Aptitudes Program (LEAP). For more information see History of eGSA. eGSA management structureeGSA governance is addressed by the eGSA Board. The extent of eGSA's broad outreach and its range of offerings demands advice and guidance from a wide variety of authoritative sources. During its establishment period (2005-7) members of the eGSA Project Reference Group provided the latest and most informed advice on research training issues in Australia and internationally. eGSA Affiliates are commenced in 2008. Members of this group are invited to support the Board by supplying input, suggestions, and feedback for the current venture and future expansion. Each member has displayed expertise in the different domains that come together in the eGSA offerings to research students, supervisors and research administrators and managers. Participation in eGSAeGSA is continually undergoing major development and expansion. For more information about what will be available and when, see future directions and offerings. Universities in Australia and internationally are invited to join in eGSA activities. See Information about becoming part of eGSA. |
